Customization

If you need a customization for your website ( PhpMyDirectory related or not), please send your project information to us and we would be more than happy to send you a quick quote. Then you can decide whether or not to proceed with it.

In the event we can not complete your custom job request, a FULL refund will be provided with the exception of the following:
- if you need a custom template from a third party developer you need to by it yourself and send us the source files to install
- purchase of any mods from this site or any other third-party mod developer
- more terms are available in our agreement which is sent to a client before we begin any customizations
- client requests a refund without a reasonably reason ex. changing requirements from originally submitted project plan.

If you have any URGENT issues with PMD and Official support does not get back to you feel free to contact us maybe we can help you.
Based on your customization description we estimate how many hours it will take us do complete your request and send you a quote based no that.

We can communicate on skype/yahoo messenger or even share screen view if you want to see changes.
